Position overview
We are looking to hire a talented 3D Motion Designer to join our creative team on a full-time, permanent basis at our Leeds office. As part of a diverse team of creatives specialising in design, animation, copywriting, and post-production, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients. Your primary role will be to work closely with other motion designers and the wider team to generate original, impactful ideas and execute them flawlessly. You will work on various projects, primarily visualising products, scenes and concepts, with a keen eye for framing and movement.

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious, highly organised candidate, an excellent team player and communicator, and a fantastic problem solver with exceptional design thinking skills. You should be able to develop original and creative ideas and embrace a variety of work in a fast-paced and dynamic creative environment.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience working at a creative agency or similar.
- We need a talented 3D Motion Designer who is comfortable taking CAD files and using Cinema 4D & Redshift, to create incredible visuals for our global clients.
- Experience working to tight deadlines, effectively managing the balance between workload and render time, while keeping our supportive client services team in the loop.
- A creative person with ideas to shout about, who is proactive in exploring how our existing clients might leverage 3D.

You will be working full-time in the office alongside our experienced team of 2D Motion Designers, Video Editors, and Creative team.
THE NICE TO HAVES
- Ability to create original 3D models from reference imagery/sketches/technical drawings.
- Proficiency in After Effects.
Position requirements
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Full time in the office Monday-Friday.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines during peak periods
- Fluent in English. Both written and spoken
- Strong communicator able to manage both client and team expectations and timelines.
