About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Middle Office Analyst & Office Administrator.
This is an excellent opportunity to begin a career in financial services within a fast-paced City trading environment. Working alongside experienced market professionals, you will support our Middle Office team with the processing and settlement of international fixed income trades, while also providing administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

The role offers broad exposure to trading operations, business administration, and global financial markets, with full training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the lifecycle of fixed income trades from execution through to settlement through global settlement centres including Euroclear, Clearstream, Fedwire, DTC, Crest, and Domestic markets.
- Liaise with traders, counterparties, custodians, and our outsourced settlement provider to resolve operational queries.
- Assist with trade confirmations, settlements, and maintaining client and counterparty information.
- Stock positions monitoring including realignments, conversions, and flagging open positions.
- Support the day-to-day administration and efficient running of the office.
- Coordinate supplier invoices, office facilities, and general business administration.
- Contribute ideas to improve operational processes and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:
- Educated to A-Level, BTEC Level 3, or equivalent.
- No previous financial services experience is required – full training will be provided.
- A genuine interest in financial markets and the investment industry.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
