About the role

We’re looking for a Junior Procurement Manager to support procurement across projects. You’ll be working closely with the wider team to help source, track and deliver items, while building confidence to take on smaller pieces of ownership over time.

This is a hands-on, support-led role where you’ll learn how projects run and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop.

Key responsibilities

  • Support procurement across multiple projects from sourcing through to delivery
  • Assist with sourcing suppliers and gathering quotes
  • Help compare pricing, lead times and specifications
  • Raise purchase orders and keep records accurate and up to date
  • Track orders and follow up with suppliers on timelines and deliveries
  • Maintain procurement trackers and systems
  • Support senior team members with project procurement tasks
  • Help resolve basic supplier or delivery issues
  • Begin to manage smaller orders or packages with guidance

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
