The role We’re seeking an ambitious Junior National Account Manager to accelerate Filippo Berio’s growth across key retail and discounter channels. You’ll work closely with the wider commercial team, supporting activity across the Top 4 Grocery customers while also taking ownership of your own portfolio of national accounts. You’ll build trusted relationships with buyers, shape and execute Joint Business Plans, and drive NPD listings and category growth. Working collaboratively with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance, you’ll ensure flawless delivery of launches and promotions while using data sources such as Kantar, Nielsen and IRI to unlock insights and identify new opportunities.

The ideal fit
- Experience in a National Account Executive role or equivalent
- eCommerce experience would be desirable but not essential
- Passion for achievement; integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen
- Is a change champion and pioneers new ideas and approaches
- Strong, confident communicator with good influencing and interpersonal skills with a capability to flex style when appropriate
- Comfortable working in a small dynamic team
- Self starter

Location: Circa 3 days in Borehamwood HQ.
