Global Consumer Goods Business - Junior National Account Manager - Hybrid Working based in Slough
Futures are delighted to be working with a globally recognised consumer goods business with an impressive portfolio of market-leading brands sold across major UK and international retailers.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a commercially driven Junior National Account Manager to support the management and development of key retail partnerships.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business that invests heavily in its people, offering genuine career progression, excellent training, and exposure to some of the UK's biggest retail customers.
Working closely with an experienced National Account Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering sales growth, managing forecasts, analysing commercial performance, and building long-term customer relationships.

- Support the development and delivery of customer business plans.
- Assist in managing relationships with key retail customers.
- Deliver engaging product presentations and commercial proposals.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and customer data to identify opportunities.
- Manage forecasting, promotional planning, and stock availability alongside internal planning teams.
- Monitor customer performance and recommend actions to maximise sales and profitability.
- Support budget management and CRM updates.
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning teams.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customer contacts.
- Help deliver profitable growth across your customer portfolio.
About You
- 2+ years' experience in a sales or account management role within FMCG, consumer goods, retail, or a related industry.
- Excellent analytical skills with confidence interpreting sales and commercial data.
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and presentation skills.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A proactive, organised, and solutions-focused approach.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing commercial environment.
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required.
