About the Role
🚀 Grocery Sector Opportunity
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + 10% Bonus
📍 Location: Central London/Hybrid (1 day in office) Flexibility: 1 wellness day per month (essentially 12 extra days off per year) & working UK hours

Currently established across major UK retailers with rapid international expansion, the business is experiencing exponential US growth and is seeking a Junior National Account Manager (US) to fuel further progress.

Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end US retail account execution, collaborating with buyers, brokers, and internal teams
- Support promotions, range expansions, pricing adjustments, and new product integrations across retailer systems
- Maintain retailer and distributor portals, ensuring 100% data accuracy
- Monitor promotions, stock levels, and sell-through performance, identifying risks and opportunities while aiding forecasting and account reporting
- Compile data, insights, and presentations for customer meetings and internal reviews
- Coordinate internally with supply chain, finance, and marketing to optimise operations
- Launch support for new products, trade marketing campaigns & seasonal plans
- Build strong relationships with retail partners, brokers, and key stakeholders
- Contribute to joint business planning, providing data-driven recommendations
- Grow knowledge of the US market, shopper behaviour, and category trends

Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or commercial roles (preferably FMCG)
- Hands-on experience with UK or global retail accounts (preferably large regional)
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets with a knack for sales data analysis
- Familiarity with promotions, forecasting, or trade spend
- Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail
- Confident communicator, capable of engaging both internally and externally
- Curious, proactive, and keen to learn
