Junior National Account Manager

πŸ“ Hybrid | 2 days in London office and retailer meeting

Ready to stop supporting accounts and start owning them?

We're partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing challenger food brands.

Over the past few years they've built a loyal following, secured listings with the UK's biggest grocery retailers and become one of the most exciting success stories in the challenger FMCG space. The journey is only just getting started.

They're now looking for an ambitious Junior National Account Manager to join the commercial team.

This isn't your typical JNAM role.

From day one, you'll take full ownership of two national grocery accounts while working alongside an experienced Head of Commercial across some of the UK's biggest retail customers.

If you're looking for a role that accelerates your commercial career, this is it.

The Opportunity

You'll own the day-to-day commercial relationship with Ocado and Co-op, managing everything from range reviews and promotional plans to pricing, forecasting and joint business planning.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
