About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Account Manager to support and grow our retail partnerships in the UK. Reporting to the Global Head of Sales, this role will play a key part in managing UK retailer relationships, driving sales performance, and ensuring best-in-class execution across retail partners. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in the beauty industry and UK retail account management who is eager to develop their career within a fast-paced, global brand.

Tasks

  • Manage and grow relationships with UK retail partners, acting as the key day-to-day contact.
  • Support the Global Head of Sales in delivering the retail growth strategy for the UK market.
  • Analyse sales performance (sell-in and sell-through) to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Partner with internal marketing and design teams to deliver assets and activations tailored for UK retailers.
  • Collaborate with retailers on joint business plans, promotional calendars, and in-store/online activations.
  • Monitor competitor activity across UK retailer platforms to identify market opportunities and trends.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting to retailers and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Experience in the beauty industry with a proven background in account management, sales coordination, or junior buying roles.
  • Experience working with UK retailers (e.g. Boots, Superdrug, department stores, or online beauty retailers).
  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills, able to manage multiple deadlines.
  • A proactive, self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident in data analysis and reporting, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • A passion for skincare and the beauty industry.
