- 1st/2nd line technical support in a 24/7 team
- Monitor and resolve faults across network and telephony systems
- Log and manage incidents, escalating where necessary
- Maintain customer communication and SLA adherence
Key Technologies:
- Networking: Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, Huawei
- Telephony: VoIP, SIP, Broadworks, Teams
- VPN, BGP, MPLS, SD-WAN, WLAN, Cellular
- Monitoring tools & data centre environments

Ideal Candidate:
- Experience in technical support (1st or 2nd line)
- Strong desire to learn and progress
- Good communication & fault-solving skills
- Certifications like CCNA, SSCA, or ITIL (nice to have)
