We are looking for a passionate and hard-working individual to join our UK Team as an Office Administrator, based in Darlington.

We are now looking for an Office Administrator based within the Darlington Office to help Dunlop become the leading Racket Sports company in the UK. This role will contribute by assisting the team with administrative tasks and ensuring that the daily operations of the UK office run smoothly. In this position, you will report to the UK General Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Ensuring that any parcels returned to the office are dealt with efficiently and responsibly.
  • Organise travel and accommodation for the general manager and the sales team.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments for management.
  • Maintaining the up-keep of the UK stockroom and keeping an up-to-date record of stock within.
  • Cover customer service when required including manning the UK phone lines.
  • Maintain all files, documents, spreadsheets, receipts and correspondence required to manage efficient office operations.
  • Keep track of necessary office stationary and replenish when required.
  • Handle any B2C returns when they arrive within the office.
  • Track deliveries when requested by a member of the UK team.
  • Arrange deliveries from the UK office.
  • Organising salesman samples and distributing them to the sales team.

Who/what are we looking for?

  • A positive attitude and hands-on mentality
  • Ability to work independently and self-starter
  • Great communication skills and the ability to garner trust and build effective working relationships
  • Microsoft365 skills (Outlook, Excel, Word etc.)
  • Effective time management and good personal organisation abilities
  • Positive approach to change, implementing new initiatives/procedures and addressing any resistance encountered
