We are seeking 1 part-time Junior Office Manager to join our small but mighty team and help out with administrative and office tasks.
Job Location: Haos Community Space Artklasa (Dunavski Kej, 48)
Job Type: Part-time (20 hours/week)
Remote Work Policy: On-site only, remote work is not possible
Schedule Options: 8:30 - 14:30 or 14:00-20:00; 3-5 days a week

What You’ll Do
Part 1: Space (50% of the workload)
- Keep the space clean during the day (e.g. load/unload the dishwasher, handle any spills – regular cleaning is handled daily by a professional team)
- Set up the terrace
- Keep the space organized (replenish coffee capsules, tea, tissues)
- Order supplies as needed and receive deliveries
- Keep our storage area tidy
- Report maintenance issues to the Office Manager
- Suggest ideas to improve the space
Part 2: Administrative Tasks (30% of the workload)
- Warmly welcome Haos residents and help with their questions and requests
- Manage phone and email inquiries
- Accept and log payments
Part 3: Assisting (20% of the workload)
- Prepare and print contracts
- Handle communication with the building management, handyman, etc.

Signs You Might Be a Great Fit
- You have some prior work experience
- You’re comfortable with physical tasks and take pride in keeping things clean and organized
- You have a keen eye for detail and ensure tasks are done accurately
- You enjoy maintaining order and creating a neat workspace
- You’re ready to take on a bit more responsibility and explore a client-facing role
- You speak Serbian fluently
