Hybrid – Two Days a Week (Wednesdays Mandated) in Edinburgh

Junior Operations Analyst (6-Month Fixed Term Contract)

About the Role

We need a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Transfers team in Edinburgh. This is a fantastic opportunity to build operational expertise while working in a fast-paced, supportive team.

As a Junior Operations Analyst, you’ll help smoothly manage transfers, ensuring key stakeholders communicate effectively and records stay accurate. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues to gain hand-on experience, develop new skills, and contribute to delivering exceptional client service.

What You’ll Do

On a typical day, you’ll be:

  • Managing communications between transferring pension/investment schemes and Seccl.
  • Speaking directly to administering and receiving schemes via phone and email to progress transfers.
  • Maintaining accurate internal client and scheme records.
  • Providing updates to firms, keeping them informed on transfer progress.
  • Ensuring timely submissions comply with set service levels.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to transfer-related queries across the business.
  • Assisting other operational teams as needed to ensure a seamless client experience.
