The Role

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Transfers team as a Junior Operations Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This is an excellent entry-point opportunity to build operational expertise, develop new skills, and make a tangible impact as part of a collaborative, mentoring-driven team. Whether you’re starting your career or expanding your experience, you’ll play a key role in helping us deliver exceptional service to our clients.

  • Maintaining accurate internal records, including client and scheme documentation.
  • Providing real-time updates to all parties, tracking transfer progress against internal and client timelines.
  • Ensuring submissions meet compliance standards and adhere to agreed service level targets.
  • Responding to transfer-related queries across the business in a fast, professional manner.
  • Supporting cross-functional teams to maintain a seamless client experience.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
