Job Opportunity: Junior PA / Admin Assistant

Veetee are excited to announce an opportunity for a Junior PA / Admin Assistant supporting our CEO and COO. Job Overview

To provide high-quality administrative and organisational support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day executive activities. The role will also support the Senior Personal Assistant and act as a key coordination point across the business.

Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Provide administrative support to the CEO and COO, including diary management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments
  • Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and take accurate minutes where required
  • Assist with inbox management, drafting and responding to correspondence on behalf of the executives
  • Support with travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and expenses

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain organised and up-to-date filing systems (electronic and paper-based)
  • Prepare documents, reports, and presentations to a high standard
  • Act as a first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a professional and efficient service
  • Handle confidential information with discretion at all times

Support to Senior PA

  • Work closely with the Senior Personal Assistant to prioritise workload and ensure alignment across executive support activities
  • Provide cover for the Senior PA during periods of absence
  • Assist with coordinating leadership team meetings, events, and wider business communications
  • Support other departments in supporting with any other administrative tasks
  • Support with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as directed

Work Experience

  • Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or customer-facing role
  • Experience managing diaries, coordinating meetings, or supporting senior stakeholders is desirable
  • Exposure to handling confidential or sensitive information in a professional environment

Education

  • Educated to A-Level standard (or equivalent)
  • A relevant qualification in Business Administration, Office Management, or similar is desirable
  • Additional training or certification in administration or executive support would be advantageous

Technical Skills

  • Excellent customer focus & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent I.T. skills
  • Excellent Microsoft skills (PowerPoint presentation, Excel, Word)
  • To work on own initiative.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Problem solving skills.

  • Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality.
