Junior PA & Receptionist - Graduate* π
Location: Central London
Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time
Salary: Β£30,000 - Β£35,000
Working Hours: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM (Early finishes on Fridays!)
Are you a proactive and organised individual looking to become an integral part of a dynamic team in the construction and real estate industry? Our client is seeking a talented PA & Receptionist to support their Director and ensure the smooth running of their busy office.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Director, managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Handle all calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director with utmost professionalism and confidentiality.
- Support the Director's private company by managing operational tasks related to their property portfolio.
- Greet and welcome visitors, directing them to meeting rooms or appropriate staff members.
- Manage a high volume of phone calls, ensuring accurate message-taking.
- Organise refreshments, lunches, and transport for clients and meetings.
- Coordinate and manage the conference room schedule to avoid double bookings.
- Prepare documents, office correspondence, and memos as required.
- Assist with administration for the projects team and maintain general office files.
- Help procure office services, supplies, and equipment.
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to ensure smooth office operations.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

Experience & Skills Required:
- Educated to a high level - 2.1 Degree or above
- Proven experience in an office environment providing admin support to directors.
- Professional demeanour and excellent communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Initiative-driven with a capacity to work independently and manage a busy workload.
