About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our growing legal function. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent law graduate or an individual at the early stages of their legal career to gain broad exposure to corporate and commercial legal work within a fast-paced investment and management business.
Working closely with senior management and external legal advisers, you will provide legal and administrative support across a wide range of commercial, corporate and regulatory matters. The role offers hands-on experience across multiple sectors and provides an excellent foundation for a long-term career in corporate and commercial law.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the drafting and review for range of commercial agreements, including supplier, service, confidentiality and corporate documentation.
- Support the Company's legal operations by ensuring compliance with applicable UK legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare documentation to support Companies House filings, corporate governance requirements and other regulatory obligations.
- Liaise with external solicitors, legal advisers and other professional consultants, coordinating legal instructions and monitoring ongoing matters.
- Assist with legal due diligence for acquisitions, investments, financing arrangements and other corporate transactions.
- Support hospitality, property and licensing matters where required.
- Assist with the management and organisation of legal files, precedents and document management systems.
- Provide day-to-day legal and administrative support to senior management, ensuring multiple priorities are managed efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
