About the Opportunity

Honeycomb is excited to partner with an established Wealth Management firm based in Greater Belfast, offering a full-time, permanent position for a Junior Paraplanner.

This role is ideal for individuals with experience in financial services administration or paraplanning support, particularly those eager to collaborate closely with advisers and technical specialists within a respected firm. It provides strong exposure to the financial planning process, making it highly suitable for those aiming to develop their technical knowledge and career progression.

  • Support advisers and technical specialists in preparing client documentation and financial planning reports
  • Conduct research across key areas including pensions, investments, and protection products
  • Assist in drafting suitability reports and financial planning documentation
  • Manage workflows, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of client work
  • Maintain records while ensuring compliance with FCA regulations and internal standards
  • Liaise with advisers, providers, and internal teams to achieve positive client outcomes

Requirements & Experience

  • Prior experience in financial services administration, wealth management, or paraplanning support
  • Strong attention to detail with a keen interest in the technical intricacies of financial planning
  • Preferably seeking or studying for a Level 4 Diploma qualification (or similar)
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with platforms such as FE Analytics, Intelligent Office, or Voyant (preferable)
