With 25 years’ experience in e-commerce, digital marketing and consumer analysis, Kelkoo Group is a global data-driven marketing platform that connects consumers to products and provides qualified traffic to online retailers. Role Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Partnership Manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing opportunities throughout the whole life cycle, from prospecting, identifying, securing, and eventually managing partnerships with merchants to drive high-quality traffic to their sites.

The ideal candidate has some exposure to business development or account management, preferably within affiliate marketing, ecommerce, or digital marketing, and is eager to deepen their understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem.

  • Support Merchant Acquisition: Assist in identifying and onboarding new merchants, contributing to strategies that drive growth and maintain a healthy pipeline.
  • Relationship Support: Help build and maintain positive relationships with current and potential merchants and agencies, supporting long-term partnership goals.
  • Campaign Performance Support: Monitor campaign performance, help implement improvements, and learn to optimise results under guidance.
  • Reporting Assistance: Assist in preparing reports on partner performance and provide basic insights for growth and improvement.
  • Compliance and Quality Support: Ensure partners follow platform standards, quality measures, and regulatory guidelines, with supervision as needed.
  • Market Research Assistance: Support analysis of market trends and help identify potential partnership opportunities.

Previous Experience/Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (or currently completing the last year)
  • Up to 2 years of experience (including internships, part-time roles or academic projects) in business development, partnerships, digital marketing or similar areas
  • Interest in performance marketing concepts (CPA, CPC, optimisation) and a willingness to learn analytical tools.
  • Strong communication skills and interest in building relationships with partners
  • Analytical mindset and willingness to work with data and performance metrics
  • Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to support ongoing projects in a collaborative environment
  • Additional languages are a plus
