Junior PA Role at Leading Worldwide Firm
We are now recruiting for an enthusiastic individual to join a leading worldwide firm as a Junior PA, supporting multiple departments in a 12 month FTC. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain superb experience and develop in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities Will Include
- Opening, managing, closing and archiving documents and files;
- Printing, photocopying and scanning documents;
- Collating and copying court bundles;
- Dealing with incoming calls in a polite and professional manner, taking detailed messages, forwarding calls to the appropriate personnel and answering non-legal queries when possible;
- Assisting legal advisers;
- Meeting and greeting visitors and clients and ordering refreshments;
- Managing diary systems;
- Booking meeting rooms and ensuring all equipment is prepared;
- Managing expenses;
- Supporting colleagues and offering help when necessary;
- Preparing monthly billing and forms, liaising with the accounts team;
- Helping colleagues organise meetings, training days and charity events;
- Ensuring confidentiality at all times.
