We're now looking for the next intake of driven trainers to join our team.
Who We Are
Madisons is one of the UK's leading coach-led fitness businesses, built on a simple belief: exceptional coaching changes lives.
We are not a gym that simply provides access to equipment. We are a coaching business. Every session is led by a coach, every member follows a structured journey and every member experience matters.
We are relentless about standards. Our coaches receive ongoing mentorship, weekly education, regular coaching observations and continuous development designed to help them become exceptional at what they do.
As we prepare to open our next location and enter the next phase of growth, we are looking for ambitious individuals who want to join a team that takes coaching seriously and build a long-term career within an expanding business.
Our Philosophy
We're not looking for finished coaches. We're looking for people with the right attitude. Knowledge can be taught. Experience can be gained. Qualifications can be earned. Character is much harder to develop.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
