Junior Pizza Chef

We are now recruiting for our 2026 summer season across various roles on our beautiful Lincolnshire based holiday park, join our large team of hospitality professionals today.

Location: Tattershall Lakes Country park, Lincolnshire

Salary: £12.71

Job type: Seasonal

About The Role

We’re looking for a junior pizza chef to join our team and learn all things pizza in a busy Mediterranean Restaurant. You will be helping our passionate kitchen team to run a safe, efficient and profitable food and beverage operation, whilst picking up kitchen skills along the way.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • You’ll be a key part of our team helping to deliver delicious meals to our holiday makers every day.
  • Prepping and cooking our delicious pizzas
  • Learning and assisting with other areas in the kitchen as you develop
  • Ensuring the food preparation areas, equipment and floors are clean and hygienic.
  • Work alongside kitchen team to maximise food margins and minimise wastage
  • Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety, Food Hygiene and COSHH regulations

Skills, Experience, And Qualities You Will Need

We have high standards! We will train you up, but it would be nice if you had:

  • A passion for food and hospitality
  • Genuinely want to create memorable meals
  • Resilience, energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude

It’s the icing on the cake if you have a Level 2 Hygiene certificate and experience in the holiday sector, but don’t worry if you haven’t, we provide plenty of training.
