Junior PMO
Location: Belfast (Hybrid)
Rate: £221.73 per day (PAYE) (approx. £57,600)
Target Start Date: ASAP
Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

About the Opportunity
A leading global financial institution is currently expanding its business capabilities and international footprint through a major strategic branch expansion. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior PMO to join their dedicated Project Management Office and provide crucial support for this high-profile program.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive end-to-end project management and administrative support to the Project Manager and the wider program team.
- Coordinate day-to-day project activities and maintain accurate, up-to-date project plans.
- Track, organize, and manage project documents and deliverables.
- Schedule critical project meetings, prepare agendas, and document accurate meeting minutes.
- Create, maintain, and update project status reports and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
- Assist in consolidating and submitting project updates to ensure all regulatory and internal reporting requirements are met.
- Maintain and update corporate project tracking systems on behalf of the Project Manager.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven experience as a PMO Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Junior Project Manager, ideally within Financial Services, Banking, or Markets.
- Hands-on experience maintaining project plans, status reports, and RAID logs.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience utilizing corporate project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or internal PTS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively document meeting minutes and collaborate with stakeholders.
