About the Role

Responsible for supporting strategic PMO activities, such as reporting and quality assurance, supporting the PMO Analysts / Senior PMO Analysts to ensure Bell Integration’s defined governance is applied with the required quality and timelines across their allocated portfolio.

  • Running standard PMO reporting (financial and quantitative KPIs)
  • Generate portfolio reporting packs with guidance from the PMO Analyst / Senior PMO Analyst
  • Support the PMO Analyst/Senior PMO Analyst in performing regular and documented quality assessments within the portfolio, providing recommendations and support where appropriate
  • Support the process of change control and ensure documented processes are followed
  • Provide administrative support for portfolio board meetings / governance forums (meeting notes, diary bookings etc.)
  • Ensure service delivery products conform to required document management standards.
  • Be proactive in the ongoing development and improvement of the PMO service, system, tools, processes and templates
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of the project/service delivery library, filing, recording and reporting systems
  • Help with creation of project/service document templates that allow for standardisation
  • Provide ad-hoc support/troubleshooting to the PMO Analyst / Senior PMO analyst and Delivery & Operations / Managed Services teams where necessary

Skills

  • Intermediate MS office user - Word, MS Project, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint user (essential)
  • Changepoint skills (desirable)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills; understanding the value of being able to adapt communication style for varied audiences

  • Knowledge and understanding of PMO practice and concepts

Experience

  • Experience of PPM (project portfolio management) and WFM (workforce management) tools.
  • Experience of working in a professional services organisation, e.g. systems integrator (desirable)
