Junior Policy Analyst

DeHavilland is the leading provider of political insight and intelligence, supplying public affairs professionals with the information and analysis they need to react to and influence government policy. Our clients include major players across financial services, tech and digital, manufacturing, healthcare, infrastructure, energy and government.

We pride ourselves on our service, which is underpinned by powerful technology and brought to life by a team of talented people. It’s fast-paced and fun, covering both the big drama of politics and the small detail of the policies that really change lives.

As a Junior Policy Analyst, you will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, providing timely and relevant political information, live coverage and excellent customer service. You’ll support Analysts, Senior Analysts and Lead Analysts across portfolios, and work closely with colleagues in your team as well as across the business to deliver updates and insights. Junior Analysts also work with the commercial team to ensure clients receive the service they expect, supporting renewals and trial conversions.

This role is an ideal entry point into the client-facing side of our policy team, where you’ll gain experience in delivering political intelligence while developing commercial awareness and client relationship skills.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

It searches the market for you

Every day your agent scans the market matching roles against what actually matters to you, not just keywords on a CV.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
