JUNIOR PPC EXECUTIVE
Salary £27k–£30k Leeds-based – 5 days onsite during probation, then 3 days onsite Great opportunity to develop within a growing, data-driven marketing team Hands-on role with clear progression and training

THE JUNIOR PPC EXECUTIVE ROLE:
You’ll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid media campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms. Working closely with senior team members, you’ll gain hands-on experience in campaign management, keyword research, ad copy creation, and performance analysis. This is a great opportunity to build your technical skills while contributing to real campaign performance and results.
JUNIOR PPC EXECUTIVE ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
6–18 months’ experience in PPC or paid media Understanding of Google Ads (Search or Shopping) Basic knowledge of paid social platforms (Meta preferred) Analytical mindset with an interest in performance marketing Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4 is a bonus)
