Junior Producer - Integrated Brand

Location: London, Shoreditch Type: Full-time Work Pattern: Hybrid, minimum three days in office

The Role

We are seeking a Junior Producer to provide support in delivering experiential and brand experience projects. Your role will involve assisting in project management, client communication, and production, while collaborating closely with senior team members.


Key Responsibilities

Project Support & Delivery

  • Assist in managing projects end-to-end, from briefing to execution.
  • Support on-site delivery for events, installations, and de-rigs, coordinating third-party suppliers and staff.
  • Work across creative, strategy, and project teams to align production plans with creative goals.

Operations & Coordination

  • Assist in the development of production schedules and budget management to ensure timely, on-scope delivery.
  • Source and coordinate third-party suppliers, contractors, and freelancers.

Project & Client Management

  • Manage small-scale projects independently from concept to completion.
  • Contribute to project management in larger-scale engagements across planning, design, production, and installation.
  • Proactively handle tight deadlines, mitigate risks from third-party errors, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Provide clear, compelling communication to clients (emails, briefings, in-person).
  • Attend installations, events, and de-rigs, managing on-site logistics.

Financial Responsibilities

  • Prepare quotes, invoices, and reconcile supplier/freelance payments.
  • Understand agency workflows, including designing briefs, critical paths, and presentations.
  • Manage Gross Profit (GP), Net Profit (NP), and project budgets efficiently.

Collaboration & Diplomacy

  • Maintain strong communication internally, externally, and with clients—must be clear, concise, and diplomatic.
  • Always update line managers and teams on project status, maintaining transparency.
  • Demonstrate solution-based problem-solving while balancing multiple responsibilities.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably handling budgets upwards of £20k.
  • Proven ability in client and supplier management, from budget creation to on-site execution.
  • Strong grasp of the creative process and expertise in production methods/materials.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and an ability to handle challenges collaboratively, calmly, and proactively.
  • Mac proficient; fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail with validated quality-check procedures.

Preferred

  • Experience in creative, experiential, or brand experience agencies.
  • Awareness of sustainability practices in production.
  • Curiosity in retail innovation and how brand experience design shapes consumer engagement.

The Foundational Commitment

This role requires a structured presence at meetings, client communications, and site engagement.

  • Standard Working Days: Tuesday–Thursday, WFH Mondays and Fridays.
  • Office Address: Shoreditch studio.

Hours typically align with 9:00am–5:30pm, though flexibility for deadlines/installs may apply.
