Who We Are

Accenture Song is the tech-powered creative hub within Accenture. We are a fusion of over 40 world-renowned acquisitions (from Fjord and Karmarama to Droga5 and Work & Co) continuing the design studio mentality, both creatively and culturally. We think and create across industry, for brands and businesses inspiring change – our impact is evolving the way people live, bank, shop, work, and travel. Today, our practices span Commerce, Service, Marketing and Design & Digital Products. And our team is shaped by over 65 of the sharpest creative and strategic minds in the industry, collaborating to accelerate ideas into reality.

Underpinning it all is a treasure trove of technology, data and insights powered by Accenture’s global capabilities.

YOUR ROLE

As a Junior Product Designer within our Design & Digital Products team, you’ll support the creation of thoughtful, brand‑led digital experiences while developing a strong foundation in product design and design systems. Working alongside Product Designers, Strategists, Service Designers, Content Designers and Developers, you’ll contribute to the delivery of scalable, consistent digital products — learning how design decisions move from concept through to implementation. A key part of the role will involve contributing to and working within design systems, helping ensure quality, consistency and efficiency across digital experiences. You’ll begin to build confidence in how components, patterns and tokens come together to support multiple products and brands.

You’ll bring curiosity, enthusiasm and a desire to grow your craft — learning from others, asking questions, and gradually taking on more responsibility as your confidence develops. Our team is made up of people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, and we believe that inclusivity and collaboration lead to better design outcomes.

What You’ll Be Learning & Doing

  • Supporting the design of user‑centred digital products across web and app experiences
  • Contributing to design systems using an atomic design approach
  • Creating and maintaining components within Figma, with guidance from more senior designers
  • Applying and understanding:
    • Design tokens
    • Theming and modes (e.g. light/dark, brand variations)
    • Auto‑layout, variants, slots and responsive behaviour
  • Working with developers to understand how design systems are implemented in code
  • Applying brand guidelines while designing within shared component libraries
  • Iterating designs based on feedback from designers, stakeholders and user insight

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
