The Role
As a Junior Product Designer within our Design & Digital Products team, you’ll contribute to innovative, brand-led digital experiences while building a robust foundation in product design and design systems.
What You’ll Learn & Do
- Design user-centred digital products across web and mobile experiences
- Contribute to design systems using an atomic design approach
- Create and maintain components in Figma, under senior guidance
- Apply and understand:
- Design tokens (theming, modes like light/dark, brand variations)
- Auto-layout, variants, slots, and responsive behaviour
- Code implementation (collaborating with developers)
- Brand guidelines within modular component libraries
- Iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders, designers, and users
You’ll grow your expertise with a mix of tactical contributions and responsibility-taking, learning alongside a diverse, collaborative, and inclusive team.

Requirements
Experience & Skills
- Design Craft and Foundations
- Foundation in product/UI/digital design (through degrees, internships, or work)
- Strong appreciation for brand, typography, colour, and layout
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to create clear design artefacts (sketches, wireframes, user flows, prototypes, screen designs)
- 2–3 years of relevant experience (including 1–2 years in digital product design)
- Exposure to full design workflows (planning, research, concepting, UX/UI)
Systems & Accessibility
- Experience (or strong interest) in design systems and atomic design principles
- Awareness of accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles
- Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies for design

- Feedback-oriented: Comfortable refining work based on constructive criticism

Responsibilities
- Design role: In design’s solution space (UX/UI tasks, digital product design, contributing to design systems)
- Collaboration: Work with developers, strategists, and service designers on integrated solutions
- Autonomy: Swing between sketching concepts and ** refining prototypes**
- Presentation: Explain design decisions, goals, and iterations clearly to teams
- Client Impact: Contribute ideas and designs at pitches and client sessions
