Are you ready to be part of the journey that brings exceptional timepieces to life?

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-driven Junior Product Developer to join our Product Development team, supporting the creation of luxury watches from initial concept through to production. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to the full product lifecycle within a fast-paced, design-led environment.

Key Purpose of the Role

The Junior Product Developer plays a pivotal support role within the Product Development team, owning the administrative and coordination processes that drive the successful delivery of new products. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product data, managing documentation, and supporting the development timeline to ensure projects progress efficiently and in alignment with brand, technical, and commercial requirements.

Acting as a central point of coordination, the Junior Product Developer will assist across all stages of the product lifecycle — from initial concept through prototyping to production handover — ensuring information accuracy, milestone tracking, and cross-functional communication. This position provides comprehensive exposure to luxury watch design, technical development, sourcing, and manufacturing processes. It is designed to develop a strong understanding of end-to-end product development within the business, providing the knowledge and experience to support future growth within a product-led environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support all stages of the product development process, including technical data management, prototyping, and production handover.
  • Own the maintenance and accuracy of the Mainline & M&SP work management platforms, ensuring all project information and timelines remain up to date.
  • Maintain and input accurate technical documentation, ensuring compliance with brand standards and relevant industry requirements.
  • Monitor development milestones and highlight any risks to timeline or data accuracy.
  • Work closely with Purchasing to support product margin analysis and validate cost and component data.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally on prototype and sample requirements, ensuring specifications and timelines are clearly communicated.
  • Maintain product information within internal systems, including pricing, component specifications, and BOM accuracy.
  • Support continuous improvement of product development processes, tools, and documentation standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
