Junior Product Development Manager
Product Development Manager (Junior)
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the well-established product team at a successful and highly regarded UK Investment Manager. This diverse role offers exposure across product development, management, and governance, involving support to the team and collaboration with senior stakeholders. You’ll help shape and maintain a range of investment products while ensuring alignment with client needs, regulatory requirements, and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of fund launches, changes, mergers, and closures
- Prepare proposal papers, reports, and product review documentation
- Conduct product and market analysis to identify opportunities and enhancements
- Support the production of annual reviews and the AoV project
- Coordinate fund country registrations and regulatory requirements
- Act as a subject matter expert for product-related queries and data accuracy
- Support regulatory change initiatives across UK and European fund ranges

Desired Experience
Ideally 2–5 years’ experience within asset management in:
- A product development/management or closely related role
- Working knowledge of:
- UK and Luxembourg domiciled UCITS and non-UCITS funds
- UK and European fund regulation, including:
- PROD
- MiFID II
- AIFMD
- UCITS V
- ESG regulatory requirements
