Junior Product Development & Production Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Junior Product Development & Production Coordinator to support the Production team in the development and execution of seasonal collections. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of garment construction, product development, and production processes, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support department throughout all stages of product development and production.
  • Communicate feedback with factories clearly and concisely.
  • Manage and track samples.
  • Develop detailed tech packs for factories and suppliers.
  • Assist with garment fittings.
  • Support the management of product development timelines.
  • Assist with quality control processes.
  • Organise and manage swatches, samples, trims, and knit downs from suppliers.
  • Assist in sourcing fabrics, yarns, and trims.
  • Ensure samples meet requested specifications.

  • Degree in Fashion Design or a relevant course.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years experience in product development, garment production, or a similar role within the fashion industry.
  • Capacity to multi-task and prioritise workload.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) & Google Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with an eye for detail.
  • Strong understanding of garment construction, manufacturing processes, and product development.
  • Experience creating CADs and tech packs.
  • Excellent organisational skills are essential.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Must be able to travel internationally.
