About the Role

Help redefine e-commerce for the AI era by building tools that ensure global brands (e.g., L’Oréal, Unilever) are recommended by AI shopping agents. Work directly with the founding team, mastering prompt engineering and product research to scale a platform achieving 5x+ higher conversion rates for enterprise clients.

Azoma.ai – Ignite Ventures-backed AI platform for Agentic Commerce Optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine prompt engineering structures for Azoma’s proprietary AI content generation and simulation tools.
  • Conduct in-depth research into AI shopping agents (e.g., Rufus, Gemini) to identify gaps and shape the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to:
    • Craft product specifications
    • Conduct testing
    • Ensure high-conversion commerce features are delivered seamlessly

  • 3-5 years of experience within the Amazon ecosystem (exclusively non-Amazon corporate):
    • As a brand, agency, or with a SaaS tool.
  • Advanced prompt engineering skills, including:
    • Daily use of generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) to solve business problems.
  • Structural and product-thinking mindset:
    • Ability to translate user pain points into technical product requirements.
