Junior Product Manager
Junior Product Manager (6-Month Contract)
Location: Fully Remote (UK)
About the Role We’re looking for a curious and motivated Junior Product Manager to join AudienceView’s Product team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their product career who is eager to learn, collaborate cross-functionally, and grow their product management skills. You’ll support the product development process and help deliver features that solve real clients’ problems.

What You’ll Do: Daily Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering & Problem-Solving
- Attend and take structured notes from client and internal meetings
- Identify unasked questions to refine raw requests into clear problem statements
- Surface deeper needs before engineering engagement

Requirement Writing & Clarity
- Write high-quality epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Ensure every story includes:
- A clear rationale
- Testable acceptance criteria
- Enough context for engineering and QA to execute without ambiguity
- Maintain consistency across documentation
Epic & Backlog Management
- Break down large projects into well-structured epics and stories
- Track dependencies and sequencing
- Use Productboard and Azure DevOps to maintain a clean, trustworthy backlog
Tracking & Transparency
- Keep client requests updated and visible
- Flag stale items to prevent delays
- Maintain internal documentation and release notes for the team
Collaboration & Alignment
- Work closely with:
- Engineering teams
- Design teams
- Senior Product Manager
- Professional Services
- Foster proactive communication—raise questions early to avoid silos
What You’ll Need
✅ 1–3 years in Product Management (or broader tech/advisory roles with transfersable skills) ✅ Familiarity with Agile environments and product development processes ✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills ✅ Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, or structured requirements ✅ Analytical mindset with interest in data-driven decision-making ✅ Highly organised, with a backlog that earneds team trust ✅ Curious, proactive, and comfortable engaging with high-stakes accounts ✅ Plus (optional):
- Interest in SaaS, B2B, or customer-facing platforms
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or analytics tools
- Exposure to ticketing, e-commerce, or ticket sales platforms
