Junior Production Controller
Junior Production Controller – Formula 1 Industry Entry Role
Are you looking to kick‑start your career in the world of Formula 1? Red Bull Technology is searching for motivated, detail-driven graduates to join our team as Junior Production Controllers, supporting the creation of high-performance components that power championship-winning cars.
About the Role
This role is designed as an entry point into production control, offering hands-on experience, structured development, and the opportunity to grow into a full Production Controller position. You’ll work alongside experienced engineers and group leaders, learning how we plan, schedule, and deliver complex assemblies in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Daily schedule support
- Assist with planning and administering production schedules
- Ensure jobs are clearly defined, achievable, and properly kitted

Material coordination
- Check material availability
- Work with buyers and manufacturing group leaders to confirm requirements

Team collaboration
- Work closely with DTSA/HYDS Group Leaders to understand workload, priorities, and capacity throughout the shifts

Works order administration
- Own basic works order tasks:
- Review bill of materials
- Track shortages
- Support event-related requirements
- Own basic works order tasks:

Rescheduling support
- Liaise with Manufacturing/Assembly Groups and Production Controllers on rescheduling during capacity shortages
- Optimise tasks and decide on outsourcing where needed

Project tracking
- Support the Assembly Engineering Coordinator by monitoring part/project delivery status
- Escalate issues promptly as needed
