Junior Project Manager

Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Junior Project Manager to support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. In this role, you will assist in coordinating project activities, managing timelines, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in project management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects from initiation to completion
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and deliverables
  • Track project progress and update timelines, budgets, and milestones
  • Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and vendors
  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations
  • Identify risks and issues, and support mitigation strategies
  • Monitor project performance against KPIs and objectives
  • Support Agile or traditional project management methodologies
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
