Junior Project Manager

Junior Project Manager- (Contract-12 Months)
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Day Rate: £300–£350/day (Inside IR35)

About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to join a major telecommunications programme in London on a 12-month contract. This is a hybrid role, requiring a mix of on-site collaboration and remote working. You'll support the delivery of key projects within a fast-paced telecom environment, working alongside senior PMs, technical leads, and cross-functional stakeholders.

This is a great opportunity for a PM with 1–3 years of experience to develop their delivery skills on a large-scale, high-visibility programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end project delivery, from planning through to execution and closure
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), and status reports
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, commercial, operations) to track progress and unblock issues
  • Prepare and present status updates to stakeholders and senior project managers
  • Schedule and run project meetings/workshops, including minute-taking and action tracking
  • Support budget tracking and resource planning under guidance from senior PMs
  • Ensure project documentation is accurate, up to date, and audit-ready
  • Identify risks and escalate proactively to senior stakeholders

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
