Job Description: Junior Project Manager
About the Role
Publicis Groupe is hiring a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of creative, integrated campaigns for one of the world's most recognised global brands. This role offers the opportunity to build foundational project management skills while contributing to work executed at global scale across multiple markets.
You’ll collaborate with strategy, creative, and production teams to turn ideas into impactful campaigns. If you’re organised, curious, and thrive in a fast-moving creative environment, this role allows for quick and meaningful growth.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns, from briefing to final rollout
- Coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects remain on track and aligned
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth collaboration across all delivery stages
- Assist in managing workflows and maintaining up-to-date, clearly communicated project plans
- Help organise key milestones, meetings, and approvals to maintain momentum
- Identify risks or challenges early, and support solutions to keep projects advancing
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, fostering a positive, collaborative working environment

Requirements
Experience & Knowledge
- 1–2 years’ experience in a project management or coordination role within an agency or marketing environment
- Experience working on a large or global brand/account, with an understanding of multi-market delivery
