Junior Project Manager
Junior Project Manager
Location: Remote (UK) Job Type: Contract
We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects for our remote team. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of project management or project coordination experience and demonstrate strong organisational and communication skills alongside the ability to thrive in a collaborative yet autonomous work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital products, agency projects, or client engagements
- Support in the management and coordination of timelines, deadlines, and deliverables
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and cross-department collaboration across marketing, development, and business teams
- Track progress using tools like Trello, Asana, or Jira and escalate critical risks/blockers
- Prepare reports, status updates, and documentation to ensure transparency and alignment
- Contribute to Agile/Scrum workflows, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups

Must-Have Skills
- 3+ years of hands-on project management or project coordination experience
- Proven experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, preferably in a remote/tech environment
- Strong expertise in Jira, Asana, Trello, or Microsoft Project for task tracking
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder communication, PM governance, and documentation
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks concurrently in a self-directed setting

- Higher Education in Business, IT, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree)
