Company Description
Coton Design & Build is a fast-growing design and build firm in the UK. Whilst the main focus is currently London, the company is taking on projects elsewhere in the UK.
The company is a one-stop shop, facilitating every part of the project from conception to delivery.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Project Manager based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The Junior Project Manager will assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation to completion. Responsibilities include ensuring timely expediting of materials, managing project logistics, coordinating inspections, and supporting the project team with day-to-day administration and communication tasks. The individual will also liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project deliverables meet deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Experience in Expediting, Logistics Management, and Procurement
- Project Management skills, including planning, organising, and monitoring tasks
- Attention to detail, but able to deal with issues early and quickly so as not to jeopardise the project flow
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in on-site environments and within multidisciplinary and multinational teams
- Strong practical and logical approach to problem-solving. There is always a solution, one just has to work with the team to find the best one
- Experience in construction or design-build projects would be a plus, but if you are someone very keen to learn and work hard at it, we are more than happy to teach and mentor
