Junior Project Manager
Campaign Delivery | Installations | Project Coordination

Are you looking to build a career in Project Management with a role that offers real responsibility, hands-on experience, and clear progression?
We're looking for an organised and proactive Junior Project Manager to support the delivery of exciting campaigns, installations, and operational projects across the UK and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong coordination skills who is ready to develop their project management career in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from brief to delivery while supporting larger campaign executions.
- Maintain project plans, schedules and key documentation, ensuring projects stay on track and within budget.
- Coordinate UK and European installation projects, including resource planning, scheduling, and logistics management.
- Support on-site project delivery and provide project updates, reports, and completion documentation.
- Prepare RAMS, coordinate permits and equipment requirements, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, providing clear communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Support KPI reporting, project reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator, Junior Project Manager, or similar.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience within marketing, events, retail, experiential, production, or installation projects would be advantageous.
