As a Junior Project Manager in our Bristol team, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced consultants while developing the skills to become a trusted project management professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling and resource coordination.
- Monitoring project progress and reporting against key milestones.
- Supporting risk, issue, action and dependency management.
- Preparing project documentation, dashboards and status reports.
- Coordinating meetings, workshops and stakeholder communications.
- Helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
- Working closely with experienced Project Managers and PMO professionals to develop your skills and knowledge.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience in a project support, project coordination, PMO, engineering, operations or business support role.
- A degree, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related discipline.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders.
- A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Eligibility to obtain or hold UK Security Clearance (subject to client requirements).
- Previous experience within Defence or Aerospace is beneficial but not essential.
