As a Junior Project Manager in our Bristol team, you'll gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced consultants while developing the skills to become a trusted project management professional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with project planning, scheduling and resource coordination.
  • Monitoring project progress and reporting against key milestones.
  • Supporting risk, issue, action and dependency management.
  • Preparing project documentation, dashboards and status reports.
  • Coordinating meetings, workshops and stakeholder communications.
  • Helping to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
  • Working closely with experienced Project Managers and PMO professionals to develop your skills and knowledge.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Experience in a project support, project coordination, PMO, engineering, operations or business support role.
  • A degree, apprenticeship or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Business, Project Management or a related discipline.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • The ability to communicate confidently with a range of stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset and a willingness to learn.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Eligibility to obtain or hold UK Security Clearance (subject to client requirements).
  • Previous experience within Defence or Aerospace is beneficial but not essential.
