Your Role: Junior Project Manager

As a Junior Project Manager, you will:

  • Support and coordinate internal and customer implementation projects, including onboarding new CEVA Lead Logistics (CLL)/4PL customers, expanding existing business scopes, and executing internal improvement initiatives.
  • Report to the CLL Regional Implementation Project Manager.
  • Play a key role in ensuring smooth delivery of projects across our global operations.
  • This role represents an excellent opportunity for career growth in project management, contributing to diverse and engaging projects across sectors.

Location: Based at our Head Office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch, with travel required.


Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in setting up project plans and monitoring project progress, reporting on deliverables.
  • Support project communication through regular reporting and participation in project calls.
  • Help execute action plans and ensure project quality assurance.
  • Participate in customer requirements workshops and document business needs.
  • Assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training materials.
  • Support the go-live phase and stabilization of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
  • Support cross-regional or cross-customer improvement projects.

Requirements

We seek a motivated and dynamic Junior Project Manager with experience in a transport or supply chain environment. Due to the nature of the role, you'll need:

  • Excellent communication skills, valuing customer-centric goals.
  • A positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team.
