Junior Project Manager – Tooling Development (CRM & PMA)
£50,000–£55,000 + Benefits
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract (potential extension)
Hybrid Working – 2 Days per Week, West London
We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support the delivery and development of new CRM and PMA tooling solutions.
Working alongside technical teams, vendors, and programme stakeholders, you will help manage project plans, timelines, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery of key platform capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and coordination of CRM and PMA development activities
- Manage project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Work closely with technical teams, product owners, and third-party suppliers
- Track risks, issues, and actions, ensuring timely resolution
- Coordinate testing, release planning, and deployment activities
- Prepare project reporting, governance documentation, and status updates
- Assist with resource planning and delivery management activities

About You
- Previous experience as a Project Manager, Project Coordinator, or PMO Analyst
- Experience supporting technology, software, or systems implementation projects
- Strong planning, organizational, and delivery management skills
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Excellent communication and reporting capabilities
- Experience supporting CRM implementations or software delivery projects would be advantageous
