We are a multi-discipline team of over 80 talented individuals, including UX/UI designers, graphic designers, account/project managers, visualisers, motion, real-time and web developers all over the globe. By harnessing outstanding, innovative, and creative talent, we transform the way our clients communicate, connect, and engage with their projects.

Our design principles underpin everything we do. We're problem solvers who are excited by working together to find a solution. We create bespoke communications which focus on bringing meaning to content, make information more accessible and add value to projects. We create and implement viable concepts that utilise technology in a way that enhances outcomes and creates efficiencies. We invest in innovation and focus on upcoming technologies.

Make great projects happen.

If you want to support projects that create a better future for the planet and its people, it doesn't get much bigger than this. From Birmingham to Bangalore, Creative Design is an international team collaborating to bring tomorrow's spaces to life through pioneering digital solutions—from web and apps to virtual reality and the metaverse.

When you join us, your problem-solving, people skills and ability to support and lead projects will put you right at the heart. Liaising between creatives, account managers and major clients, you'll help drive ground-breaking campaigns—like creating a new brand that aims to solve the UK's housing crisis or developing a gamified e-learning experience for the government client.

At AtkinsRéalis, you'll enjoy more responsibility quicker—and as much support as you need. Immersed in an exciting array of projects, often at the same time, you'll have opportunities to learn, broaden your horizons and take your career in new directions.

Your role

Reporting to a Principal Project Manager, you'll plan and budget exciting projects from start through to delivery.

  • Being passionate about digital innovation, you'll love every part of the creative process.
  • Supported by the seniors in the team, you'll interact with clients and stakeholders and will build strong and long-lasting relationships through your excellent communication skills.
  • You'll thrive in teams, working with PMs, AM's and discipline leads to redefine approaches, costs and timelines.
  • Brilliantly analytical, you'll pinpoint the success of campaigns – producing reports and presenting your findings.
  • Always looking for improvement, you'll assess processes and make appropriate recommendations based on the data and information you gather.
  • You'll support the co-ordination of our programmes of work, working with our Project Management team to maintain back-office systems (Monday.com), enabling effective planning, scheduling and monitoring of the work.
  • You will be responsible for working with our Resourcing Manager to manager through day-to-day design requests, with the opportunity to take on multi-discipline projects as your role develops.
  • As we're a national team with offices and resources in multiple locations, you will need to be able to coordinate local and remote teams to deliver the best solution for our clients across multiple disciplines (e.g. branding, events, print, digital, web).

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
