We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic Junior Project Manager to join our IT and Transformation team in Bournemouth.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with project coordination or project support experience who is looking to develop their career in project management. Working alongside senior stakeholders, technical teams, and business users, you'll help deliver a variety of projects that support the firm's ongoing growth and transformation.

About The Role

This role offers excellent exposure to project management best practices and is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, problem-solving, and working collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Supporting the delivery of projects across the organisation.
  • Assisting with project planning, timelines, resource coordination, and milestone tracking.
  • Helping to identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and actions.
  • Preparing and maintaining project documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, and governance records.
  • Coordinating project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates.
  • Supporting communication between project teams, suppliers, and business stakeholders.
  • Assisting with portfolio reporting and project governance processes.
  • Working closely with technical and operational teams to help coordinate project activities and remove delivery obstacles.
  • Supporting testing, user readiness activities, and change communications.
  • Assisting with the transition of projects into business-as-usual operations.
  • Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and project management best practice.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
