The role:
We’re looking for a junior project manager to join our digital media team. This person must be highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced environment, able to handle multiple projects, stakeholders & team members at the same time.
This person will be working across all advertising, including but not limited to paid search, paid social, offline media and SEO. We have a dedicated team of specialists across these digital performance channels, so the ability to bridge the gap between technical experience and our clients (who are marketing all-rounders) is critical.
We are looking for someone to deliver in this role as well as oversee processes.
Day-to-day:
- The right candidate will take ownership of delivery across a broad section of clients
- Successfully manage client and internal meetings & take detailed briefs.
- Create & maintain project plans, and manage delivery timings and budgets.
- Resource management using our in-house specialists.
- Ensure deadlines are met and work is delivered to a high standard.
- Hold regular status meetings & provide regular status updates to clients & key stakeholders within the business.
- Deliver work from the agency specialists in a client-friendly and easy-to-understand manner.
- Ensure your junior resource is executing all admin tasks, from booking to invoicing to delivering client schedules
- Task management – use Clickup to record and organise our tasks & priorities.

Specific skills required:
- Organisation & Time management – the person applying for this role must be extremely organised, process-driven and able to manage multiple projects and cross-functional team members simultaneously.
- Attention to detail - Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Problem-solving - being able to prioritise workloads, simplify complex workflows and foresee future resourcing issues before they occur
- Communication – maintaining regular communication with the existing team of employees as well as key stakeholders within each project - clients or internal account managers. Excellent client servicing experience, strong communication and presentation skills and confidence in front of an audience
- Confidence - able to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities and not shy away from difficult conversations. Protect the team internally whilst giving the clients what they need
- Experience - in digital platforms such as Google Analytics, SA 360, Google AdWords, Click Up, Mediatool and Power BI is not essential but will help.
