Location: London and Home Counties

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000


We're looking for an ambitious and motivated Junior / Associate Project Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their project management career who is passionate about technology, enjoys working with people, and wants to play a key role in delivering impactful projects within a fast-paced and collaborative environment. This role involves overseeing multiple interrelated projects, managing stakeholders, ensuring resource alignment, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from initiation through to closure
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource plans
  • Coordinate cross-project activities and ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Identify and manage project-level risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Establish governance structures and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and performance
  • Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring effective communication and change management
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Support project managers and team members to build capability and ensure consistent delivery practices

Requirements

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management
  • 1+ years of experience in technology solutions including datacentre, campus, networks, cloud, security, software, hardware, EUS, etc.
  • Understanding of services offered by vendors such as Cisco, Arista, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto, etc.
  • Disciplined individual with experience in delivery and budget management
  • Experience working in matrixed organisations with cross-functional teams
  • Awareness and basic experience of project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile
  • Awareness and basic experience of project and PMO teams, tools and best practices
  • Demonstrated ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement

Desirable:

  • Professional certification in project management (e.g., MSP, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile)
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related discipline
