Graduate Project Planner / Assistant within PMO — Ericsson North Europe Project Office (NEU PMO)
About the Role

This role provides structured mentorship, training, and skill development over your first year, guiding you toward future roles as a Project Planner, Project Manager, or MCO specialist within the PMO.
Key Responsibilities
You will contribute to delivering structured project planning, reporting, and governance across customer projects, including but not limited to:

Support Project Planning & Coordination
- Translate project information and contracts into clear planning inputs, deliverables, milestones, and dependencies, working with Customer Project Managers for guidance.
- Assist in project scheduling using tools like Site Tracker, Global Chronos, and SAP.

Status Reporting & Analysis
- Prepare and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and action trackers.
- Provide stakeholders with clear visibility into progress, risks, issues, and forecasts.
- Identify data anomalies or risks and escalate findings to the appropriate teams.

Documentation & Governance
- Maintain project documentation, version control, and Project Library structures for audit readiness and compliance.
- Support governance reporting as required by Ericsson standards.

Requirements & Qualifications
This opportunity is ideal for motivated graduates who align with the following criteria:
- Recent graduate with a university degree (or equivalent) in:
- Business
- Engineering
- Project Management
- Finance, Economics, or Data/Analytics
- Similar quantitative or process-driven fields
- Strong motivation to start or advance a career in project management, PMO, or project finance roles at Ericsson.
- Analytical & detail-oriented: Comfort working with data, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), and structured planning/reporting tools.
- Strong organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and follow through to completion.
- Communication skills: Clearly articulate information won’t written or verbal formats; adaptable to diverse stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset: Thriving in cross-functional, cross-cultural teams, with agility and relationship-building.
- Proactive approach: Curious, open to feedback, and driven to improve workflows.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Knowledge of basic office tools (Execl, PowerPoint, Word).
- Background/familiarity with planning/analytics/reporting tools (a plus).
- Language skills:
- Working proficiency in English (essential).
- Bonus if multilingual or familiar with Nordic/Central European languages.
