About The Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Property Administrator to join our Property Management team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to build a career in the property and real estate industry.

As a Junior Property Administrator, you will support the day-to-day administration of residential and commercial property portfolios. You will work closely with Property Managers, tenants, landlords, and contractors to ensure smooth property operations while gaining valuable experience in property management and real estate administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Property Managers.
  • Maintain accurate property, tenant, and landlord records.
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors.
  • Schedule property inspections and maintain inspection reports.
  • Prepare tenancy documents, lease agreements, and renewal paperwork.
  • Respond to tenant and client enquiries via phone and email.
  • Track maintenance jobs and ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist with rent administration and invoice processing.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and property documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and property regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Professional and customer-focused approach.

Preferred Skills

  • Internship or administrative experience in real estate, facilities, or customer service.
  • Familiarity with property management software such as MRI Software, Yardi, Reapit, or Alto.
  • Basic understanding of property management processes and tenancy administration.
  • Knowledge of document management systems is advantageous.
