Property Disputes Solicitor / Legal Executive (NQ–3 PQE) | Leading UK Top 50 Firm | Bristol

If you're looking to build a genuine specialism early in your career, opportunities like this are few and far between.

This is your chance to join one of the UK's leading Property Disputes teams, specialising exclusively in complex home ownership and cohabitation disputes. You'll work alongside recognised experts in this niche area, gaining exposure to high-quality litigation that many lawyers only encounter occasionally throughout their careers.

The team advises clients nationwide on disputes arising under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act (TOLATA), acting on matters involving beneficial ownership, orders for sale, equitable accounting and wider property trust disputes. You'll also be involved in drafting cohabitation agreements and helping clients navigate often sensitive and emotionally charged situations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
